I'm trying to write a book.
But when I write in third person i feel like a hack.
all my nice prose comes from writing in first person, but i dont want to write a book like that.
ive been struggling with this for weeks.

So I have an answer to a common question:
Who is your hero?
I will say Tank Man.
You know, the guy who stood in front the tank.
...
In china? Duh.

Also I bought a phone, Motorola L6. I made Katamari ring tones for it. I win!

Well, i was looking at this forum.
Some guy said there must be a 100 million hot girls in china. but i was like no way. so here's my estimate.
I did some math of my own and:
1,313,973,713 total population.
676,463,583 male
637,510,130 female
females aged 18-29 there are about 100,000,000
but, as of 2002 39% of of china's population was urban. Why does this matter?
Well richer girls are hotter. and urban people are richer.
So,
39,000,000 - urban females aged 18-29
61,000,000 - rural females aged 18-29
so, because wealthier people are better looking (it's true and you know it)
i will estimate that 1 in 10 city girls are hot.
for the country, let's make it 1 in 20
therefore there are
3,900,000 hot city girls
3,050,000 hot country girls
therefore i estimate that there are a total of 6,950,000 hot girl in china

So, i spent the last day or two pretty much watching world cup and avatar: the last airbender all day before going out.
and, i must say. Avatar is great. for the love of god someone else watch it so i can talk about it with you. bastardos.
lets compare my predictions to what actually happened
Germany 4 : 2 Costa Rica
I was close! (I said it'd be Germany 3 : 0 Costa Rica)
But man, that was a high scoring game. and German GK (Jens Lehmann i think) kinda sucked. let in 2 out of 2 shots on goal. aiya.
Poland 0 : 2 Ecuador
I was really wrong! (Poland 2 : 1 Ecuador)
But this was a big upset! oh well.
England 1 : 0 Paraguay
I was close! (England 2 : 0 Paraguay)
England played terribly. They should have beat them worse.
Trinidad & Tobago 0 : 0 Sweden
I was wrong! (Trinidad & Tobago 0 : 1 Sweden)
I thought T&T would do well and only let one in. instead, they did awesome and pulled off a tie down a man.
Argentina 2 : 1 Cote D'Ivore
So very wrong! (Argentina 1 : 1 Cote D'Ivore)
Argentina's good, but i thought ivory coast would have more heart and hold out and make it a tie.
Serbia-Montenegro 0 : 1 Netherlands
I was close! (Serbia-Montenegro 0 : 2 Netherlands)
Alas! but what can you do?
Mexico 3 : 1 Iran
I was right! finally! (Mexico 3 : 1 Iran)
Hooray for me!

Here are my predictions for the world cup. Well, what I
would like to happen without being too ridiculous, let's put it that
way. (I'm going to be cheering for Netherlands, Korea, and Ivory Coast) Why?
Netherlands was runner up back to back in the 70s, and now they finally
have a good shot at it again. Also, they have some sweet goalkeeping,
provided by Edwin van der Sar.
Korea? asia's never had a world cup, and this is the only team from
asia thats any good at all. And its the only team i know of who's best
player also is pretty good at starcraft (Park Ji-Sung)
Im just assuming that. but he does like video games.
and Ivory Coast, well, what a fucking terrible country, but they
fielded a good team this year. if they do well,, who knows? maybe they
will call the civil war off. its so bad that their players are fearful
for the safety of their families, so lets hope they do well so not
everyone dies.
